I was kindly sent a copy of ‘Everything Alice’ a
couple of months ago, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but as the title suggests
‘Everything Alice - The Wonderland Book of Makes’ is a book of craft makes inspired by the much loved classic book, 'Alice’s
Adventures in wonderland'! There are 50 different projects which
range from sewing envelope cushions and wonderland aprons, to making teacup
candles and a heart shaped notice board, so something for everyone. There are also some projects to make things that would be
perfect for a children’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ themed party, such as playing
card bunting, a teapot cake, crown place cards, tea set invitations, party
games and also some tea party food recipes that are spread throughout the book.
It really is a wonderful book to look at, with pretty paper-cut illustrations
and nicely presented photos to accompany each project.
